Contractors for AT&T performing fiber installation severed the water main to my residence this afternoon and preformed a repair. Could the city test my water and assess the cost of excess water usage from today?
On the northside light pole, two of the five lights are out.
City Alley off Grant Street, between 1006 and 1004 South Grant: Mouth of alley has a broken, metal city culvert which is now sunken in. Driving over it is becoming hazardous to cars. In addition, all the stone gravel that covers this culvert has worn away. Entire alley from South Grant to South Lincoln could use re-graveling. Thank you!
While constructing the Bike Path on the portion of E. Arden Drive to SE Park, crews did not remove the heavy mats blocking storm drains at the corners of S. Williams, Greenfield & Sycamore Courts. When heavy rains appear, water flows into E. Arden Drive, oftentimes ponding in low lying areas. People often drive too fast on that street, causing hazardous driving conditions should they loose control of their car.

Our company manages the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association, which houses the address I am reaching out about. Over the last three weeks, multiple residents have contacted our office to report pet-related issues occurring at 3725 S Cramer Cir. These issues include not cleaning up animal waste in this property's yard or around the community; an altercation in which a large, unattended, unleashed dog belonging to the occupants of this property was witnessed chasing another resident who was walking their leashed dog nearby; the occupants keeping their pets in their garage and leaving the garage door partially open; a potential pig being kept at the property; and allegedly, these residents left their front door completely open all day Saturday, January 15. The resident who reported that last issue attempted to inform the occupants that their front door was open by ringing the doorbell, but they received no answer. They could hear dogs barking and growing inside, and they could smell urine coming from inside the unit. After this, they contacted emergency services to request a welfare check for this property. We are concerned for the animals being kept at this property and the safety of the community. We have attempted to contact these residents and the homeowner but have not yet been successful. Excessive trash. Recycling bin full of trash has remained ob front lawn for weeks. Trash bags in parking area along Allen street, trash spilling into street.
