Just north of 926 S. Highland Ave., a 15 ft area of the west side of the street (and storm drain) has crumbled to gravel-size and larger chunks of asphalt. As result of an earlier complaint, a small part was patched with blacktop that has now crumbled. My concern is not the ugly appearance. If we have a 5-10 year rain storm, the runoff down S. Highland easily will clog the storm drain underneath a parking area (owned by the city) in front for my home and likely will flood the first level of my home. I have observed the enormous flow of water in the storm drain during normal heavy rain and am certain an unusual downpour will now cause flooding. Please consider sending a truck to remove the street/storm drain debris.
Landlord would like us to fine tenant for trash and junk in yard. She was written up for it on cycle inspection and tenant is belligerent and will not clean up yard
Fenbrook has potholes, uneven surfaces, and rough patches along the whole length between e moores and smith rd.
