This property is an abandoned building project. It has an open pit that needs to be filled, trash to picked up, property maintained, and electirical wires disconnected. Children play near this site often and it is very unsafe for anyone to be around.

LOW WATER PRESSURE

3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. MR. HAMBURGER CALLED TO SAY THAT THERE WAS A SMALL "4" PLATE IN ONE OF OUR CUTS ON UNIVERSITY STREET BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND STREETS THAT WAS FLIPPED OVER.
