This is a student rental house, and the students have gone for the semester (I think.). Would you call the owner and let them know about animals are getting into the trash – I don’t have their contact information.

(Note: This is the third time that I have sent this report. Now, the trash has not been taken out for five weeks. Please help to rectify this.) The owner of this renter-occupied building (Tariq Khan) has not taken the garbage out to the curb for pickup in four weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

Our dumpster is frequently overflowing and is not taken out on a regular enough schedule. There is often trash spread all over the yard around the dumpster, animals getting in the trash and scattering it, and food/animal waste all over the ground around the dumpster. I have asked our property to increase the amount of times the dumpster is emptied, specifically around this time of year, but they do not act on those requests and this continues to happen throughout the year.

2nsd complaint for property, different source, wanted to register complaint that he has been cited by parking enforcement for briefly having vehicle on street during summer at low traffic and being aggresively policed, whereas the trash issue goes on for two to three weeks without any response. Recycling was picked up as normal this morning, but trash can was not picked up. There was no note on it, and I don’t think we did anything out of guideline.
