For BPD: reported multiple times. There is a run down RV parked at the end of N Gates Drive behind Kohls on the west side. Please address this. Looks creepy and people are definitely living in and out of it.
There is an abandoned red car (plate TJS430) on the south side of 6th St near Adams. It has been parked without moving for over a month with people sleeping in it at regular intervals.
Additional camp. There is a large dog which barks when hiking in the area. Campers in park area between clear creek and the rail trail. Campers are in flood plain, which is hazardous for them. Beacon has been contacted and is unable to reach out at this time. There is a noticeable decrease of people hiking this part of the park and a decrease in wild birds in the area.

Campers are in flood plain, which is hazardous for them. Yelling can frequently be heard all hours of the day by neighboring residences.
