Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Residents have parties and throw bottles into the street (broken glass); trash cans are left on the sidewalk all the time; parking on the lawn.

Suitcase laying in the empty lot between 510 & 516 S. Mitchell. The suitcase is open and full of clothes.
The second house on Wilson Street (going East) from S. Walnut Street has trash piled at the side of the house.
Lots of trash bags piled by the house on the alley side. Some bags have been torn open.
There is trash in the backyard. Trees are down in the yard from winter. The yard is so overgrown that it is blocking traffic at the corner of Washington and Dodds.
