Resident has parked a junk car in the driveway and one junk car on the grass. Also the adjacent field, which is owned by the City, needs mowed.

Refrigerator in the back yard and house needs painted badly. Also, car pulling across sidewalk and parking in yard. Also over-occupancy complaint & unregistered rental complaint.

The Goodwill Store has two dumpsters behind the store that are locked. Someone has dumped a lot of trash on top of the dumpsters and all over the parking lot behind the store. The Manager would like someone to come see the mess as soon as possible before Rumpke comes to empty the dumpsters (if they can get to the dumpsters).
Police Dept. reports trash along the road in the 200 block of E. Dodds St.
Residents (caller believes this is unregistered rental through Sec. 8 program) leave their trash at the back door and up next to the house for two months. Caller said that two cans of trash has been there for two months.
The lot/vacant land located behind 910 S. Manor Road needs mowed or bushhogged. Ms. Morris stated that this land is owned by the City according to Planning Dept.
Old Volkswagen abandoned since June or July.
8 unit building trash is always out at the curb. Huge pile right now.
