Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Overgrown onto sidewalk and high grass
Yard unkept and not mowed. Shrubbery blocking sidewalks. This guy only cuts grass maybe 3-4 times a year, most likely after city notices.
Yard appears to have not been mowed yet this summer.
