Overgrown bushes and weeds makes it where you cannot see coming out of the alley. When traveling south in north/south alley between Henderson and Fess; and Hunter and Atwater; and looking west down Hunter, overgrowth causing a line-of-sight issue. See photo.

This is the third time this residence has been written up for not having a sticker attached since May 7, 2012.
This is the fourth time that resident has been written up this year for either trash or recycle violations.
Resident was also written up a couple weeks ago for the same issue. Trash crew states that it was also an issue last week and the week before.

Vacant property and has not mowed all year. Grass is thigh high.
The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.
