The property pictured on ticket is located on Xavier Ct. It is fenced in. The part of the property on the other side of the fence, along the walking path and street, is overgrown and covers quite a bit of the walkway. The people who own that property have neglected maintaining that area for many years now. I'm hoping that the city can clean it up or notify the property owner to please clean up the area so the walkway is not obscured by overgrown, invasive greenery. Thank you.
Backyard is a jungle full of pests and bamboo. Grass and weeds well over 12 inches tall. Needs immediate attention. Bamboo spreading into neighboring properties.
yard overgrown, mosquitoes rampant, weeds over 2 feet high
2nd and euclid, overgrowth that makes turning onto second dangerous
Resident reports a dead thorn tree on and detached branches that are blocking the sidewalk at her residence, requests assistance with removal.
The Tyler’s Turn Home Owners Association had several dead ash trees on their HOA property. These trees were just off the border of our property, and two have fallen during storms in the past year. They hired someone to remove the dead trees, and most of the work was performed three weeks ago. However, they left one dead tree standing. It it is in a position to cause some major damage, this one is leaning onto our property, and the tree company made a partial cut at its base (see the attached picture). If it falls, it could destroy quite a bit of our landscaping & stonework, as well as another neighbor's fence. I’ve twice written to the HOA president, Eric Dainton <[email protected]>, alerting him of this situation, but have not received a response. The property’s parcel number is 53-08-10-210-002.000-009, and the owner is listed as Huntington, Renaissance Partners. It is located immediately to the east of 1857 S Covey Ln.
