This lawn is very frequently overgrown, as is the property a bit west if there. These places are becoming blights on the neighborhood. This house is also poorly maintained, with peeling paint showing.

Lawn needs mowed. Grass very tall. This is a Pendragon rental.
Grass too tall, only mowed once when a neighbor did it for her. She says she won't mow because Jeff Jones is not renewing her lease.
