Explained at P.C. meeting that ground water crosses his property due to water line construction and poor drainage.
Stated that there is a significant drainage problem along the back of the lots on Ashwood Ln.
Complaint about drainage along the rear of the lots along Cedarwood Drive.
Complained about storm water drainage along the rear of her lot.
Tenants double parking in yard at Smith & Dunn off the alley.
APT.S @ 820 E. Hillside allow parking in the ROW. This is causing a line of sight problem. It is dangerous to pull out. Also, there is a drainage problem on the far west side of this property. Water runs right down the hill to my yard.
also the NW corner of Park and 2nd. Trash and paper all over the yard. There are many neighbors in this area who try very hard to keep their houses and yards nice and then to have these eye sores is just TOOOOOOOO much.
Trash, glass, furniture, etc. on front lawn for a week.
Weeds in back yard.
