It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. This is the third time that resident has been written up for failure to comply with trash ordinances since 8-11-11. Resident has also spoken with the Sanitation Director on one occasion. During that conversation, Shelby advised the resident that we would not be able to pick up trash if it was in a container over 35 gallons (their can is 50 gallons), overweight, and not stickered.

Resident reports a dead thorn tree on and detached branches that are blocking the sidewalk at her residence, requests assistance with removal.
Edge of asphalt is deteriorated and narrows the road surface unsafely for two-way traffic.
