Was originally AO#5947. Tree limbs down near the pond/gazebo as you enter Winston St from Sare Rd (3100-3200 block). Citizen thought they were City ROW, Street Dept. checked - not city, private property (common area). Would most likely be Homeowners Assn responsibility. Original AO dated 7/29/97.
worried about the dum-pster under the wooden stair well that serves as the main means of egress for the building. Stop by her unit to have her sign the complaint.
There are weeds growing out of a wall that is blocking traffic.
Front yard was mowed a week ago. BACK YARD has not been mowed for two years. Elderly owner now piling trash and junk in the back yard. He also has a large dog chained in the back yard, and the smell of dog feces is very strong.

HER YARD REPAIR NEEDS RE-DONE AGAIN IN THE FALL , WHEN IT STARTS RAINING AGAIN.
There is trash all over the side of the yard and in the neighbor's yard.
Citizen objects that Utilities will only repave area torn up for water main installation. Says the work has damaged the whole street and it needs repaving. Says the front of her property has been damaged by storage & removal of gravel, etc. Wants her lawn repaired. Has spoken with Doug Jones who said Mike Farmer would call her. Has also spoken with Dana at Street.
