I've left my neighbors 2 letters asking to clean up after dog as my daughter and I continually step in it. No response. The first time I bagged up 4 pounds out of my front yard, and just bagged up 2 more pounds. Unsure where to go with this complaint. Thank you.

Our neighbor in 630 E Ridge Crest Ct (in the building on the map, he is in the top left apartment facing the parking lot) has refused to put his German Shepard on a leash. This dog has ran at and attempted to attack our dog, and has ran at other dogs in the complex as well. We have complained to the management office, who said after the third time reporting to report to Animal Control next time we saw it, and to get a picture of it. He also has another German Shepard that was on leash at the time of the picture, but I have seen both of them off leash. I do not want to worry about a dog attack while walking my dog at my apartment.

White and red medium sized dog is off leash running around the neighborhood frequently. It is generally friendly to people but upsets dogs. It goes into people's yards and harassed leashed dogs.
There is an aggressive cat in our neighborhood. It is gray with white markings - chest is white. I've never gotten a great look at it. It's fast. I'm aware of 4 attacks on other cats over the last few months: my neighbor's cat was attacked, my own cat was attacked (required stitches), the cat came into another neighbor's house through a cat door and tangled with a cat in the house (I saw it then also and tried to capture it but failed), and this morning my wife heard/saw it attacking another neighborhood cat. I don't know if it belongs to a neighbor or is just wild. I don't see it often.
There is a tan dog that belongs to the house at the corner of S. Madison St. and Coolidge Dr. It is outside of the house, unleashed at least 2-3 times a week. The dog is sometimes aggressive to pedestrians and cyclists who pass by the house. I bike to work a couple of times a week and it has followed me for a couple of blocks and growls. I have seen it growl and chase pedestrians. I have tried talking to one of the individuals that lives there about the animal and they just became upset at me. The dog sometimes wanders off their property and down the half of the block into my yard and into my and my neighbor's yards. They send their middle school aged daughter down the street to get the animal and she comes into other peoples yards and back yards to get the animal. The dog does not come to her so just ends up chasing it back home. This has been taking place all summer since late May/early June.
My neighbor might be running a dog business out of her (i think its a girl but idk) house and its making the neighborhood dangerous. Dogs are barking all of the time. Sometimes dogs sound like they’re fighting and she yells at them. She has wolf dogs that escape her backyard all of the time. I’m scared to let my kids play in our backyard because it isn’t fenced and she doesn’t have control over the dogs. People are always dropping off and picking up dogs from her house so idk if the dogs are even hers. Please help. We live near RCA park and I cant even let my kids walk to the park because im scared theyll get bitten. Supposed to be a quiet family neighborhood but now I want to move so my kids can be safe.
