How long are we going to let this guy get away with abandoning his property and never cutting the grass. Looks awful, especially right next to an elementary school. Please address, thank you!
No chair for the lifeguard at the Limestone Lagoon?
My air doesn't works properly , I've been complaining about this issue since last year. I have AREA 10 working with with me trying to solve this , she and my doctor has gave doctor note for them to know that i cant be in a environment like this. They haven't came to fix this problem yet. I stay in country view apartments.
Asphalt in front of our driveway has completely washed away and there is a big pothole
Exterior light on the south of this house exceeds allowable Lux limits on neighboring property. This unshielded light interferes with bats roosting and foraging. There are bats that live on the neighboring property. Bats are a protected species and nocturnal light interference is not allowed. Please enforce the codes!
Not sure if this is your jurisdiction or not. It is where this trail crosses South Rogers, a little north of That Rd.. When driving north on Rogers, drivers cannot see pedestrians, or runners who are headed south. The trail meets the road at an angle and there are bushes which block any view of oncoming persons until the driver is right at the trail. Just need to cut back the bushes.
On the E First Street side of the house: 3 illegal temporary signs in a row.
Safety hazard: There is Exposed barbed wire on the edge of the playing fields. Along the eastern edge where the fields meet the woods, there are several lines of barbed wire. They have been there for decades, but I recently saw a person get cut from them when they went into the edge of the woods to retrieve a ball. It is particularly dangerous starting at the press box and walking north along the woods - about 4 feet in from the playing fields. In some areas, it is a single piece of barb wire about 3 feet off the ground – easy to run into. In other areas (behind one set of bleachers) there is more of it in coils on the ground. Towards the northern edge where the field meets the woods, it is farther into the woods and it is a fence. I think it would be in the City’s and the community‘s best interest to remove this to avoid further injury. I suggest staff scan the entire line to make sure they get it all and don’t miss the pieces that are hidden by growth. These are the coordinates for a section that is on the ground and hard to see; 39.12601° N, 86.50944° W (In one photo I took of the barbed wire it is almost impossible to see because it blends in with the sticks.)
A cap for water access has been coming out and creating a possible problem for drivers. I have reported this a number of times and fixed it many times, including this morning. The next time, I'll take the cap home so that it can't cause problems.
