Ticket #205013 was closed by Barry stating "it is way outside the city limits" which is incorrect. This property is indeed in Bloomington: 1645 S Olive St Bloomington, IN 47401. The issue: overgrown yard and vegetation piles are a hazard and promoting mosquito and tick habitat.
No effort has been made to clear the snow and make this sidewalk accessible to pedestrians.
eastbound W Allen there are several (I can't remember, 6-10?) small potholes. I noticed drivers moving into the other lane to avoid hitting them which is unsafe on that road given its hilly nature.
on Landmark there is a large pothole in the middle of the southbound lane
Very large pothole in the southbound lane, toward the outside of the lane, in front of 1620 S Weimer Road. There is also another one a few addresses to the south in the northbound lane. Thank you!

Pothole? Missing concrete? At bridge transition/joint. If I had to guess the plows took some wear and tear on an existing one. It hits very hard.
Two days ago, my father tripped on an uneven city sidewalk and fell. He hit his head and smashed his glasses. This happened on the southern sidewalk along E Winslow Road. He had come up from the Goat Farm and was west of the stairs but east of S Abby Lane. He is an able bodied and physically capable 83 year old. However, there is a significantly raised, short section on the sidewalk. Several places were ground down this past summer but there remains a spot where the sidewalk rises and is a tripping hazard. It needs to be fixed before someone suffers a serious injury.
The asphalt is coming up around the drain and frequently creates blockages that leaves and other debris easily stack on. Then the drain clogs and floods our driveway and mailbox area.
