IU students are walking in the road on Woodlawn. I saw then between 1st and Maxwell. The sidewalks need cleared, including at the intersections. Also, ticket cars parking more than the maximum distance from the curb because they are obstructing traffic by sticking out in the road, making the pedestrian situation worse. (Also repeat this complaint on 1st Street, 2nd Street, etc all over town)

Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. The trash has poured over into the alley way and has been there for over five days now. The wind has taken even more trash out than what is seen and is going into other peoples yards and into the street. They have been politely asked to clean up but the request has been ignored. The trash has also not been taken to the street for pick up in over a month so it is assumed that an animal is what got into the trash.
