The front yard of 207 E. 12th is PERPETUALLY neglected. Right now it's the grass that's too long. In the winter it's the sidewalks covered with snow. Also, the front steps to the porch are at a dangerous angle and should be reset if this property is allowed to be rented. Lastly, there's a couch on the porch that should be removed.

There has been trash piling up by the alley behind 210 E. 12th for several weeks. It is all over the place and raccoons have been getting into it.

Enjoyed a picnic at Griffey lake Memorial Day. Disappointed that the city couldn’t mow it for the holiday.

Does anyone know what is going on at 4224 East Penn Ct? This is the home that had the terrible fire damage. It now appears that someone is living there, and are converting it into some sort of art installation/ haunted house. The entire front yard is fenced in, including the driveway.
I checked GIS and a sale has not been made since Mark Harper purchased it in 2013. Any insight into what is going on down there would be great. I mean, the windows are all still boarded up. Is someone squatting there??

Just checking in on closed case, thank you. Could sure use some asphalt thrown down if delay in paving Pickwick will be long.

Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done.
