Shrubbery in street island on south Walnut. When you are looping around from college to get back onto Walnut to head north, it’s very difficult to see around the island looking south on walnut so that you don’t pull out in front of an oncoming car that is also headed north.

There is a dead deer on the sidewalk as of 7:45AM. Hopefully someone called it in, but just in case.
