Property owner - Pat Gray has an old truck made into a trailer to haul junk. Debris such as oil, glass, screws etc. wind up in street. He blocks street with truck and leaves tires scattered around. Complaintant said they're tired of looking at mess and not being able to get thru street.

Neighbor at 1208 says there is bagged trash in the alley between his house and 1212 -- the neighbor at 1212 is dumping the trash in the alley. He found a piece of mail that indicated it was the neighbors trash.
There are at least 2 street lights out near this area. The first is on the north side of Kirkwood just about to the point you would turn south at the light. The next is near the little hamburger store (on that side of the street) just as you turn west onto west 3rd street
