Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. The address for Cup and Kettle is 208 N Walnut Bloomington, IN Phone number is not listed on the webpage
Why does the city not enforce its rules on clearing snow from sidewalks, through fines? I understand that old people in residential areas can't always clear snow. But I'm talking about businesses. I tried to walk on the sidewalk up Walnut from HIlside to 2nd street today (1/27), it was not possible. There are a ton of businesses here who do not follow the rules, and it's a huge hazard because now we have to walk on the street itself, which is crazy busy. I mean you, Elkins Properties, I mean you, auto dealership, I mean you, Btown Smoketime, and even the post office! Why are these people not fined? The are businesses, cleaning the sidewalk it a part of doing business, they should be held accountable. Thank you for your attention
Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The business is Cup and Kettle Tea Shop. The website says it open, however no direct communication about online orders.
Thank you Bloomington Sanitation!

I would like to know who is responsible for signing off on street repair and construction projects.
Missing a street sign (name of street(s)) at the corner of Andrews Circle and Coleman Court South. Without street sign, difficult for service personnel (AT&T, Direct TV, Heating and Air, others) to find homes on Coleman Court. Have had to stand outside and wave down personnel looking for our home at 1544 S. Coleman Court.
