House being torn down. There is debris blowing all over IU and neighbors property. Please be sure they clean it up before it spreads further. Appears to be stryofoam insulation, which will last forever. Thousands of pieces flying around.
Clarification for case #199848: We believe the report was meant for 415 E. 10th. The people involved with the demolition are *very* amateurish - blocking traffic by running out in the street, and the bucket used to tear down the building almost fell over a couple times. hould have been done more systematic so that some of the materials could have been saved. Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. There is still a pile of trash in the yard. Is been there since before IU released for Christmas. Trash day was yesterday. I watched a huge buck foraging in the pile.
Filed report on January 8th and nothing but passing on the problem to another employee has been done. Sooner or later, you will run out of employees to pass it onto. Meanwhile the problem continues and is a blithe on the neighborhood for years. Please deal with soon. Thank you

Caller to HAND reports that there is trash (old doors, windows, etc) piling up against the garage of the property. It has been there since last summer.
