Storm damage tree branches
Extremely high weeds where the Railroad property meets Smith Road on both sides of the underpass and both sides of the street, I would assume this is railroad responsibility.
Markings for stop signs need repainted, can’t tell where to stop. Also the bike lane lines are gone need repainted
Shamrock Pointe apartments, extremely high weeds, along the sidewalk and road at the entrance to the apartments in contrast to the other side of the street, which is well kept.
Half of tree on right away is dead branches, needs trimmed or removed
Pot hole medium sized in car lane
Concrete curb And culvert sitting has fallen down and is blocking culvert.

Our roads were cut for utility work 4 months ago and still have not been repaired. This is causing traffic flow issues, etc.
