City owned parcels on West cottage Grove east of Monroe Street are overgrown and obstructing sidewalk passage. This is the only sidewalk and poison ivy and brush make it difficult to navigate. There's a tree marked for removal that needs addressed before it causes injury or property damage. This has been reported before.

The orange barriers along the sidewalk on S High Street between Wimbleton and E Meadowbluff Ct still have not been removed and remain a big eyesore. I was told that Duke Energy needs to do something there before they can be removed. I bet it has been 2 years now that those barriers have been there. Isn't it time that Duke did what they need to do in order for them to be removed?!

I work for Mackie Properties, and we manage Ridgefield HOA. The driveway at 3916 N Whitewood Way in Ridgefield, which the City repoured last year after repairing a broken main water line, is deteriorating. We initially reported this issue to the City earlier this year, but the City did not take responsibility for redoing the driveway. Since then, we have had contractors assess the situation, and they have determined that improper installation is causing the deterioration. Today, we sent another contractor to reinspect the driveway and provide a quote for sealing it. However, they confirmed that the deterioration has worsened over the past few months and that sealing is not a viable solution. They noted that the concrete was too wet when installed, leading to its current state. We request that the City tear out the existing driveway and properly pour a new one to prevent further deterioration.

As a Clinical Case Manager with Centerstone, one of our clients recently disclosed an encounter with a city employee named Charles. According to the client, Charles, who was working after hours but who was not wearing a police uniform, took the client's bottle of whiskey and traded it for a pack of cigarettes. Unfortunately, this client had to be sent to the Emergency Room later that day due to withdrawal symptoms. Due to HIPAA regulations, I am unable to disclose the client's identity.
