Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. Sidewalks along S. Woodlawn Ave next to Carlisle Brake & Friction are covered in snow and impossible to traverse unless you walk in the street. The street is very busy and, because of the hills, has many blindspots. The situation is very hazardous for pedestrians and impossible to navigate for anyone with a disability.
