It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since the last snow fell. And yet I’m still having to slip and slide over the icy sidewalk in front of this rental house and driveway. Why hasn’t this landlord cleared this safety issue in the many warm days? Please address this. Their shrubs come out into the sidewalk which make it challenging to navigate along the west side of sidewalk. Can this be addressed?
This sidewalk along this fenced lot is still dangerously icy. It’s been like this for more than 2 weeks. Address this with the land owner.

A long stretch of sidewalk adjacent to Harmony school is still covered with snow. One must cross to the other side of the street or walking the street. Shouldn't someone have cleared it by now?

Caller to HAND reports that there is trash (old doors, windows, etc) piling up against the garage of the property. It has been there since last summer.
There is a hole in the street left from utility work. It had been filled but has sunk. There is now a deep hole, about 8inches deep. There is no sidewalk on this part of Palmer. Someone could step in that hole, especially at night, and break a bone. It is on Palmer just south of Grimes, east side of the street.
Trash including mattresses has been sitting in front of garage for several months.
Per anonymous online complaint made to the Indiana Dept of Environmental Management - A neighbor is dumping large quantities of oil into his back yard. His name is Samuel Cummings. He is running a mechanics buisness out of his driveway and is dumping oil from cars into his backyard and alongside his driveway. This is concerning to me as I wouldn't want my garden or yard polluted. He is also using motor oil when burning trash in a large burn pit in his backyard. There is a foul odor present when he burns trash and the smoke and fumes pollute my backyard and the other neighbors backyard and patio. He has been burning trash and dumping oil for months.
