Workers installing optic fiber cable in the neighborhood have left tools, trash, and a 15-20 foot pipe in our yard. We picked scattered stuff up but can't do anything with the tubing and pipe.
Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I paid him and called the number again and they told me that the city rules don't apply to them> I don't understand if they are operating in town, how come they can violate the city rules like that? Eastbound 10th from campus across college (big bypass intersection) has a couple potholes closer to the IU side. Not big yet but getting there so nice to have patched before they are.

Tenants are using the front porch as a kitchen. They dragged a refrigerator and kitchen sink out there a couple weeks ago.
S Landmark Ave is dangerous to cross in the middle of the S curve, where most workers and clients need to cross. The mailboxes for the businesses on the west side of the street are located on the east side of the road. The nearest crosswalks are located at the intersections with Bloomfield and 3rd street, which is not a reasonable distance. Please consider adding a crosswalk, preferably with a button for blinking lights. Thank you!

Abandoned (3ish days) small Kroger cart of belongings. Overnight the contents have been scattered on the sidewalk.
A large white box truck taking up residential street parking. It appears this person is moving this truck around the neighborhood. I believe the owner is running a business out of this truck. He meets people and appears to sell parts and then he locks the truck and rides away on a bicycle. There is a solar panel on top of the truck and a power cord running in. The owner and 'customers' meet and climb in to the back of the truck through the cab and then leave after some time. I have seen this because he has parked by my house more than once. It is concerning because parking is so very limited in my neighborhood and this truck is taking up a valuable residential parking. I have noticed he moves the truck around the neighborhood every few days so he is aware of not parking it for very long to avoid receiving a citation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
