Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.
North Washington Street has not been plowed once in the past month. When we had 1 foot of snow on Monday snow plows never came. Just yesterday I had to push 4 different cars that got stuck on the street and now today it is snowing more. I can't make it to the end of the street to my house. Please come plow the part of N Washington that is a dead end south of 19th street.
Street needs to be plowed. Cars are getting stuck and sliding. Unable to receive an expected delivery today with street not passable.

Trash/ exceeds weight limit of 40 lbs., exceeds can limit of 32 gallons.
Received a trash violation for scattered litter and a couch left at the curb. Apparently the real estate manager said there is a private contractor taking care of the trash. The city of Bloomington shouldnt be picking up the trash and he wants his money refunded.
