The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in. There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given. This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you. Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord. Thanks for your time.
The path between my street and BHSN is dark and overgrown, creating a hazard for the kids who use it. It is located between 3401 and 3361 N Valleyview Dr.
Bags and cans must have a sticker attached. Can must have a lid on it. This is the third time this resident has been written up since June. The trash crew states that they frequently do not sticker their trash and that there is always trash all over the yard due to a lid not being on the can.
This is this residents 5th write up this year for either trash or recycling violations.
Resident was written up again yesterday for failure to place stickers on bags/cans.
Items in yard include trash bags, toys, loose trash, etc.
