A neighbor called to state the grass has not been mowed prior to the tentants moving out. The house has been vacant for at least two weeks and the grass has not been mowed.
tall grass ** address approximate caller stated that when you turn off of Grimes it is the 2nd or 3rd property "you can see it"

HAS A HUGE BRUSH PILE AND IS HANGING BRANCHES UPSIDE DOWN AROUND HOUSE.
THIS IS THE VACANT LOT THAT THE POWER PLANT SITS ON JUST ACROSS THE TRACKS AND NEXT TO W CHEROKEE DR. FULL OF WILDLIFE..COYOTES ETC. LANDOWNER NEVER STAYS ON TOP OF THIS MOWING AND COMPLAINED THAT CITY DOES NOT STAY ON TOP OF THE OWNER TO KEEP IT MOWED. WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DIFFERENT RESULT THIS YEAR. VERY HIGH GRASS.
