This is the fourth time resident has been written up recently for failure to provide tags on trash.

The street is torn up across Grant and has been for months. Since bikes cannot travel on Lincoln, many use Grant as an alternative. Going across the ripped up pavement as you head across 3rd St is uncomfortable on a bike, especially when trying to quickly cross Third. I hope there are plans to repair this section soon to make travel easier for all modes of transportation.
