East side of street sidewalk middle of block on Maple between 3rd/4th is mostly blocked by overgrown ivy/weeds/tree
yard at property has excessive trash in back yard, accessible from alley running behind property.
There is a dip in the road near this location and a pot hole has developed. The surface of the road needs to be raised to prevent the pot hole from reappering. It was fixed last year but is back again.
