Appears that a water line connected to a garden hose has broken at the property. In the back of the property, near the AC condenser, water has been spraying out continuously for the past 12 hours at least. Not sure if the line is secured or the property owners know about the water break.

A neighbor told me about the water problem, which I had known nothing about. I contacted others they too had no idea. Why is this health threat not announced publicly, to all involved? I am very concerned that others are risking their health unknowingly.
There is a significant water leak at the intersection of East Oakmont Dr and Rolling Oak Dr. Muddy water is boiling up at the intersection and water is flowing from cracks in the pavement.

Water meter is spinning faster than usual. Even when the water is not running in this house, there have been a higher charges for water than the manual reading. Water meter maybe broken.
At the corner of Allendale Dr. and S Bainbridge at the stop sign there has been a puddle of water for days. This isn't because the neighbor is watering the yard, so I'm assuming there is water seeping upwards from under the road possibly from a water main leaking. Hope this info helps!

I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work.
