My cold water was brown this morning at 5am. I couldn't find a boil order.
water has turned light brown in my house.
I can hear water moving in the wall where the water enters the house from the meter/shutoff in my front yard. If I shut the water off inside the house where it enters, the sound stops. I have checked every place water is available in the house and outdoor spickets and there are no leaks or sound. I doubt it is related, but Saturday evening, July 26, our street lost power for 3 hours. Duke had a few large bucket trucks on our street around 10:45pm.Does the water department come here make sure there isn’t a leak inside the cover in the front yard?

yes I received a note on my door that I had used 25,000 gallons of water and I need to contact the utilities and so I did and they said the meter showed that and I should contact a plumber so I did paid a plumber to come out and he spent four hours at my house and he found no leaks but to be safe he put new flaps and supplies in out toilets and now not only am I out the money for a plumber but also they want me to pay these high water bills I am on a fixed income and there is no way I can do this so what can we do about this

We received an extremely high water bill this past month. I was on the phone with someone from the Utilities department and they explained to me that out meter was running high from 2/1 and then by 2/18 it was back to normal. During that time we received no notification that we had our water was running high and we even had a plumber come out but it was a day after our meter went back down. I want to know if our meter can be re-read to make sure it is running accurately and to get our bill readjusted because I will not pay a $800 water bill.
my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. I need pay just a small car, because a choose small cart . Is there somebody help me with other adjustment and fix my bill again. Monroe county Bloomington Indiana22/2018.
