For the last year, our bill has been about the exact same every month -- and the usage being listed as "3." For some reason, this month it has all of a sudden jumped to SEVEN. This seems highly unlikely, given that it is the middle of winter (therefore no lawn maintenance, etc.), we have not had any additional people moving in with us, no change in habits, etc. I would like to have someone come out and reread our meter, as I believe this is a large mistake. Or at least some explanation of what might have happened here? To go from a $40-50 bill to an $85 bill with no explanation and no changes in our household habits is just crazy. Our address is 3540 S Wickens Street (I could not get the little "choose location" thing to work for me at all). Thank you.

Where is the May Water BILL????
The website sited in the letter we received today does not do what the letter describes. There is no way to pay my bill online or view my account as the letter describes. And when I call - I get a recording that says to call back later. Why was this letter sent out before your website was ready?
You no longer accept payments online?! What Einstein made that decision? Most services are expanding their online payment options. CBU has discontinued it.
I am having trouble finding the information I need on your website. I just spoke with Lori at customer service, and she advised me it is possible to receive email notification when a bill is due, and what the amount is. I do NOT want to get automatic check payments made to you, I simply want to receive my amount due, and send you a payment by check. I'm sorry, but I don't see anywhere on this website where I can sign up for this. Would you be kind enough to contact me, either via email, or telephone, and help me through this process? I just received your bill in the mail, and according to the bill, I have 3 days to get a payment to you. That's simply crazy. I look forward to your reply. Thank you, Chris Thornbury
