During the Winter there was a new water meter installed in the front yard. The workers made the ground very rough and did not smooth it out. There needs to be grass seed planted from where they dug up the yard. If someone could please take care of regrading the dirt and planting grass seed, it would be much appreciate.
The drain behind the Mariott by the B-Line is full of debri and sand. It is creating a pool of water that is running into the lot.
I was walking in this neighborhood Friday evening around 7:30 - and looking at this map - seems to be 2015 E Marilyn Drive - and smelled smoke - the backyard is not visible on Marilyn but while I continued my walk on S Covenanter Drive I had a view of the open fire - I noticed that this appeared to be a recreational fire - but was not in an approved device - such as a fire pit - and it did not appear that there was a bucket of water or a garden hose nearby.
Despite the BHA making multiple efforts to ask the resident in 918 to stop allowing multiple guests to chainsmoke cigarettes and other "combustible materials" given that this is a non-smoking building, I have a documented medical issue, and the presence of oxygen tanks, the resident in 918 continues to allow guests to smoke. The office offered to transfer me to a different unit, but upon receiving the key after signing the lease, the unit had serious water damage and heavy mold. I am not able to move into the new unit until those issues are addressed. Resident in 918 continues to allow smoking day and night, high foot traffic, and sits with his door open all day waiting for me to come and go so he can make comments to try to get a reaction out of me in retaliation for the previous report. The culvert behind this address is blocked with brush and trash from the recent heavy rains. The culvert needs to be cleaned out in order for the water to flow properly and not back up into the surrounding yards.
Water leak for over a day now.
For the last week, there has been water seeping up out of an underground location under a metal plate in the street that says "WATER" on it. This began after the fire hydrant was replaced last week at 6th and Elm. Surely CBU doesn't want to be wasting water like this; however, I called them directly a week ago to report this, and nothing has been done.
the gutter above my front door has been hanging off the building for weeks and my landlord has yet to fix it. it has been dropping nails and causes water to flood my entrance. the issue continues to worsen each day. it’s a large gutter and i’m afraid it could fall and hurt myself or my neighbors.
