Neighbor refuses to tame their overgrown of vines abd weeds up to their property line. Neighbors on either side is suffering damage to their properties. The overgrowth is has attracted feral cats and other with vermin
Yard waste not picked up. I left a bag by the mailbox yesterday (the pickup day) and it has not been picked up.
Raccoon in neighbors yard, mid day walking in circles. Possibly injured or sick. Neighbors address 3511 w Festive Dr Bloomington IN. Neighbors not home or not answering door. Doesn't seem to care about people near by.
Skunks in residential area
There is a baby skunk roaming around in the yards and on the street. I'm concerned it will be hit or hurt by another animal. I think it may have lost his mother.

Climate tax
Climate Tax: I do not support Mayor Hamilton’s proposed 37% increase to the local income tax rate to address climate change. Mayor Hamilton has stated that the additional revenue will be used for a “sustainability fund” to “mitigate climate change” and “work for climate justice.” I have no idea what he means by “climate justice,” and the notion that actions taken by a small midwestern city could have any measurable impact on changing the global climate is ridiculous. But more importantly, this proposed tax in regressive and hits people living on a fixed income and the poor the hardest. If you want to help the poor and people living on a fixed income, don’t take any more money away from them for another wasteful government spending program.

MS. BRIDGES CALLED TO COMPLAIN OF LOW WATER PRESSURE AT HER HOME. SHE SAID THE PRESSURE HAS BEEN LOW SINCE THE NEW WATER LINE WAS PUT THRU ON TAPP ROAD.
