Two unknown individuals in a white rental camper van approached my running vehicle while my children were inside. They attempted to turn off the engine and physically touched the vehicle door and power button. I was inside a store briefly, and when I came out, they were interacting with my car in a suspicious manner. The behavior was threatening, unsafe, and created fear for the safety of my children. This happened outside of Buddhist gift shop in front of gift shop here in Bloomington. These 2 individuals are a couple about 170 lbs for the male and 150 for the female. Both light skin with sunglasses on and wouldn’t take off their sunglasses when I approached them to ask what they were doing in my car when my daughter called me. I drove away immediately after I confronted them they were kind of evil laughing when I asked them why they touched my vehicle. Lady was laughing and wouldn’t turn around to speak. They were eating noodles and claimed to be concerned about my vehicle motor smell from muffler. They ranted “I can’t understand you Americans” when I asked why would they approach my vehicle with my children inside. They had a rental white camper van labeled rental on it.

Leaves illegally dumped in city property. Sheridan Woods. This happens every year and I don’t know who is doing it the nearest neighbors claim they use lawn services to haul away their leaves.

We have mold in our unit, the property management company is not taking proper actions to get rid of it, they said they are just going to clean it with dawn and water, I work for a property management company and this is not the correct way to handle it, I have informed my leasing office that they are NOT to enter my unit!

The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. I had called the sanitation dept phone number this morning as our yard waste can wasn't collected this week. After listening the to the message about yard waste on the phone automated machine I realized I wasn't sure if pumpkins were collected or if I was over weight on the re usable can. I called to connect to a representative and I regret I didn't get the gentleman's name at aprox 0755 am on 4 dec. He was extremely helpful and I was looking for a place to leave a compliment for dept employees. I don't want to say the bar is low because it devalues my intent but I really appreciate the person answered the phone promptly, inquired into my problem, and immediately offered a solution all while being polite and professional. I wanted to say thanks and thank the employee for their civil service. I'd prefer this not be part of public record or anonymized if used as such. I’m not 100% sure it’s this address, but someone nearby has a rooster and it’s crowing all the time and is quite annoying. I believe the guy at 615 w Ralston has chickens and that’s the general area the rooster crowing (starting as early as 5:15am) is coming from. If it’s not him, it’s someone pretty close to him. Maybe next door to him or even on Country Club. Can someone please try to get this rooster out of the city limits? Thank you!!!
