This location is probably outside the city, but could you please relay the information to county. In addition to the overgrown branches, the sidewalk conditions just North of the overgrowth is in need of repair in 2 different locations. I'll send a couple more photos with a duplicate report. Kroger has several temporary signs on site.
Sure Seal has a free standing reader board sign in their parking lot.
Studio 2Ten has a temporary sign on the upper floor of the south side of the building.
