She advises that Burger King has been dumping their parking lot snow on the sidewalk all winter long and this is the current situation. She must travel on the street or across their icy parking lot as the sidewalk is impassable.

A citizen stated via a departmental email that the sidewalks in this area have not been cleared after any of the snowfalls this year.
Tim called to state that the property owner of this section of sidewalk has failed to clear snow and ice during each snow fall . This area is hazardous for pedestrians.
