The stop sign at Holiday Dr. and Franklin Dr. is frequently parked too close to. If the curb were painted here or a similar deterrent I believe I could safely drive through Holiday drive towards Franklin with cars parked on both sides much more safely than currently.

In the location of the pin above, I found where someone had dumped around a gallon of motor oil into the ditch. I used paper towels and toilet paper to clean up most of it, but a little remains. I figured you may want to look and didnt know whether you keep track of these things. Thank you.

My home address is 412 S.High st.Bloomington, Indiana 47401, A black marker was used to make a 8 inch long design on my fence, the outside of my fence, facing Hunter Ave. There is no street light there, it is very dark at night. I took 4 photos of it today, before I use a kitchen scruper pad, and some rubbing alcohol to remove most of it. I then painted over it. Please let me know, email me, if this is a pattern that is happening in Bloomington. I have lived in Bloomington for 3 years. I was thinking of saleing my house, anyway. So if it happens again. I will definitely be saleing my house, and moving out of Monroe county. Bloomington is a nice college town, but not so nice anymore...

On the west side of the intersection at S. College Mall Road and E. Covenanter Drive, there is a lot of sand and debris in the streeet. This intersection needs swept up and cleaned up. This is supposed to be a bicycle route and the amount of sand and gravel in that intersection makes it quite dangerous.

Park Ridge Park
- Case Date:

Received by email from Resident:
The Park Ridge park is receiving increased usage these days. It's a great park with wonderful amenities and we are very proud of it! We monitor it carefully to be sure all is in good repair, the grounds are litter free, and we interact with City staff as they visit to maintain the park.
As a result of this usage, parking has become an item that needs closer attention and management. With two residential homes on the circle with driveways, occasionally the two driveways are occasionally partially blocked; at least to the point where the residents of the two homes are challenged to enter or exit their driveways.
Suggestion: would you survey the circle area and consider placing stripes to designate parking spaces? This would insure if vehicles park within the designated spaces, blocking driveways would not be an issue. One resident has medical needs and occasionally requires emergency transport.
Additionally, please consider a yellow "do not park" grid stenciled to mark the walk/bike path entry off the circle. This area is often blocked by parked cars. The result is walking or biking around a vehicle to use the path. If a person in a wheelchair wished to enter the path (at the bottom of the hill), they are unable to access the path if a vehicle parks in front of the entry.
