A citizen called in and stated that the residents at 1305 E. Maxwell have been leaving there trash out side the house in view of the road.

Mayor's office received complaint of parking on the lawn. He moves the vehicles for a little while, and then moves vehicles back on the lawn. This is also happening at 3141 and 3132 Valleyview and 901 Briarcliff.
