I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Bird scooter blocking sidewalk. These 2 have been there for 2 days now. We have a nearly blind lady in our neighborhood. Can you imagine what happens if she walks her dog and does not realize that these 2 monsters are in her path! 1807 E Second Drive

About ten "Bird" scooters are parked on the street on Grant just north of 7th. There is no scooter corral at this location, and they are blocking a parking spot for cars.

The streetlight on this corner at Ninth and Jackson has been burnt out for literally years. People continue to dump trash, steal things from my porch, and cause trouble in this corner because it is so dark. Please for the love of god, replace the street light in this corner.
