Blocked Street
2600 S Rogers ST
- Case Date:
- 2/23/2026
This is not a blocked (by car) alley, per se.
This alley is not accessed by car, but it is unclear if this alley has ever been vacated by the city.
I would like to know if overgrowth and trees within the alley running north/south from W Ralston Dr to W Country Club Dr, within the block bordered by S Milton St and S Rogers St, is the city's responsibility. According to the plat map of Broadview, the alley is 12 ft wide.
Thank you.

Parking Meters and Citations
303 E 6th ST
- Case Date:
- 2/23/2026
Hello,
I am writing regarding a warning citation issued on 2/21/2026 at 12:07 PM by Officer 333.
The citation lists the plate number as RW9641. My actual plate number is RW9461. I have attached the following for reference:
• A screenshot from the ParkMobile app showing 28 minutes remaining at the time
• Confirmation that the plate entered in the app is RW9461
• A photograph of my vehicle’s plate clearly showing RW9461
• A copy of the warning citation showing the incorrect plate entry
When I returned to my vehicle, there was still approximately 30 minutes remaining on the meter. Based on the documentation, it appears the plate number was entered incorrectly and the warning was issued in error.
I contacted Parking Services and was informed that the officer likely made a mistake when entering the plate number and therefore issued a warning instead of a citation. If the plate was entered incorrectly and the meter was active, there should not have been a warning issued at all.
Please confirm that this warning will be removed and that no record of violation will remain associated with my vehicle.
Thank you for your assistance.
