Please considering resurfacing South Palmer between Hillside and Grimes. The street is in horrible condition, and as a homeowner and tax payer, I would really appreciate a better-maintained street.

Resident has 10-12 bags trash in back yard, along fence, next to the alley.
Tall weeds behind 1312/1314 S Lincoln and in the alley between Wilson and Driscol.
