Resident has been written up on three previous occassions over the last nine months. Today resident was written up for cane xceedsing weight limit of forty pounds, exceeding the can limit of 35 gallons, and for bags and cans not having a sticker attached.

911 E University has tons of trash - did not place stickers on it. Trash starting to be strewn all over - attacking skunks.
