On the corner of 10th/Grant behind 322 E. Cottage Grove there is a dumpster that is now over-flowing. There are some kind of power wire that must have been blown down by the last storm that are hanging loose and into the dumpster. Mrs. Douglas believes that is why the trash is not being picked up.

Customer stated that on several of his rental prop. there are wires that have been left unburied for months at a time. He has tried to contact Insight w/o success - there has been no response to his complaints from Insight. See photos in Telecom file.
A citizen called to report that the house at the corner of W. 6th & Elm Street has trash and junk around the side of the house and the back yard.
