Constant yard sale, an eyesore to customers of the neighboring businesses.

This person regularly parks their jeep in the grass in front of their house. It's an eyesore to customers of my business next door. I expect my report to remain confidential. This person also regularly has yard sales, which I think I understand is not allowed. I will submit that report separately (it will be my second report for that issue).

This person has regular yard sales (at least once a week), which I think I understand is not allowed. Please do correct me if I'm wrong. It's an eyesore to customers of my business next door.
