Trash has not been taken out for awhile as I've noticed on my morning walks. Today, I noticed the trash has been picked through by an animal. I took a photo to upload, but I get an error message when trying to upload it.
1315 S. High Street looks like it's been abandoned. The yard is overgrown, and the house generally looks like it is uninhabited.
On the Pet Adoption page, when you select a species and click "search" an error pops up and won't take you to the next page.

Trash piled up AGAIN alongside alley, bags ripped open by animals, trash blowing onto neighboring properties.
At the corner of 1st and Walker there is a vacant lot where the weeds are so high that you cannot see to turn from Walker onto 1st Street.
