I use the Walnut St and Fairfax Rd intersection about 10 time a week, going to and from work. Coming from Fairfax Rd turning left on to Walnut (to get to 37) is challenging, inefficient and dangerous. There is a designated left turn lane, but no left turn green light. Frequently only one car is able to turn left during a green light, causing several cars behind also turning left (after the light has changed) to rush through on turning left to get through intersection. Coming from the opposite direction, there is no left turn lane and to my knowledge no other designated lane, but the lane is wide enough for cars that are going straight to pass (on the right) the vehicles stuck waiting to turn left. Thus potentially causing an accident in the intersection. Left turning cars onto Walnut St don't see the 2nd car across passing the car in front of them waiting to turn left on to Walnut St. My suggestion would be to clearly mark lanes on each side of the intersection and put up a traffic light that includes green left turn signals for the Fairfax Rd and Walnut Street intersection. A tree limb and vines around a couple of wires leading to a phone pole. The vines are pulling the wires down. I am on home dialysis and my supplies come on a semi every other week. The truck almost pulled them down, since they are so low. Acutally that whole south side of the tree needs cut back, the City normally does that but hasn't this year. Thank you for your time.

bamboo has again encroached on sidewalk. Weeds growing up in gaps on sidewalk make the sidewalk impassible. Pedestrians must walk in 6th Street to get past this house. Cars approaching the intersection on Elm Street must pull into the street to see if traffic is traveling east on 6th. This is a recurrent problem and was not handled by the city the last time I complained. This is plain and simple neglect.

At the intersection of Rose and E Second a water main valve cover is upside down and sticking out. The edges are sharp, could ruin a tire one of these days.
